"Anna-Mae, we value every feedback that we get at all times, however I am really saddened by the fact that you used profanity on the text and hung up on us, given you have been past due on your payments for 2 months now. The team is always trying to help customers to stay current and not have a lapse in coverages at any time. Given the past due payments and you have been insisting to waive your entire payment since you missed a bill, calling it our fault, is really sad and I hope you understand, that when you start a policy you have to make the payments to keep coverage we just try to reach out, before it's too late and there is not much we can do with past due payments, sorry.
